What is going on in our schools? When is it acceptable to keep secrets from parents. Our children need permission for school trips, parents must make sure they are up to date on vaccines, but they can keep important information from parents. Please read this article Leave the Kids Alone

We represent parents and students within the GECDSB and WECDSB boards.

It has become increasing difficult for parents and students to communicate with our local school boards. Parents will always be first educators. We entrust teachers and school board trustees to protect our children and assure us that we will get the best education in core subjects. It is important for parents to be involved and informed about their children’s education and to advocate for their children’s needs and interests as well as their safety.
